About the project
The 3D portal was created as part of comprehensive work on creating a Digital information model for managing the development of the city of Nizhnevartovsk (CIM URT), performed by the city Administration together with the Institute of territorial planning "Grad".
The 3D portal presents a realistic 3D model of the city, which is based on current orthophotos of the territory.
The portal features allow you to: perform various measurements and calculations, compare in an accessible mode and three-dimensional format data of information layers contained in urban planning documentation approved on the territory of the city, as well as get information about the boundaries of existing land plots, information about which is contained in the Unified state register of real estate objects.
Currently, the 3D portal of Nizhnevartovsk contains the following information resources:
- 3D model of the existing state of the city territory.
- Land plots from the Unified state register of real estate objects.
- General plan of the city.
- Rules of land use and development.
- The Project of planning and surveying the territory of lake Komsomolskoye.
In addition to the possibility of obtaining reliable information about the city's territory and decisions taken on its development, residents of the city can also get acquainted with events and various projects planned on the territory of the city in the "Events" and "Projects" section, take part in a survey and vote on proposed project solutions in the "Surveys" section, suggest and discuss their personal project.
On the 3D portal of Nizhnevartovsk, it is possible to publish 3D models of buildings and landscaping objects, embed objects in a 3D model of the city for public discussion and approval of project proposals.
